Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by executing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. · Main Responsibilities Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit promptly, courteously, and error-free. * Perform all operations honestly and in strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology. * Safeguard cash in the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. · Candidate Profile One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Customer-oriented attitude. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. · Value Proposition Starting salary: $1,740 weekly. * Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day.
