Productivity targets and anti-line queue plan Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by executing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. · Main Responsibilities Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash desk promptly, courteously, and without errors. * Conduct all operations honestly and in strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and respectful service to encourage customer return and referrals. · Candidate Profile One year of experience as a cashier or handling cash. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. · Value Proposition Starting salary: $1,740 weekly. * Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) of 15 days per year, increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
