Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Administrator to manage digital leads, conduct initial contact with prospects, and coordinate commercial and operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Sales Administrator Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field. -2 years of experience in similar roles (CRM, customer service, commercial coordination). Main Responsibilities: -Timely handling of leads generated by digital channels (website, social media, WhatsApp, inbox, and digital marketing campaigns). -Conduct initial telephone and digital contact with prospects to validate interest and preliminary profile. -Execute prospect pre-qualification according to credit product criteria (type of credit, general eligibility, and initial viability). Identify non-viable leads and route them to reserve or recycling per established guidelines. -Coordinate with commercial and operational areas to ensure an orderly transition of the prospect within the origination process.
