This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Production Supervisor** **Objective:** Develop systems or methods to achieve company objectives by effectively managing human, material, and technical resources to optimize cost\-benefit across all processes, thereby **ENSURING QUALITY** and **ON-TIME DELIVERIES** of products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage assigned human resources and perform Head Count analysis. * Develop and record production key performance indicator (KPI) charts under your responsibility. * Actively participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., reduction of PONC, Kaizen, turnover, absenteeism). * Responsible for updating QOS, KPI, and Scorebox as per assigned frequency. * Apply procedures established by the Quality Management System. * Implement and follow TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Ensure that production reports and the electronic file “Daily Production Compliance” are completed accurately and on time. * And others. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering or Technical Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering * 3 years of production experience * Adherence to production plans * Team leadership * Head Count management * PPM's * JIT * Production processes * Microsoft Office **Skills:** * Communication * Results-oriented * Negotiation This position is located at our Plant 2, Ponciano Arriaga, Parque Industrial Aztecas.
