




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full recruitment and selection cycle, personnel administration, and workplace well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection cycle. 2. Coordination of employee onboarding and follow-up. 3. Promotion of staff communication and well-being. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment, personnel selection, or similar positions (HR assistant, recruiter, etc.) • Knowledge: Proficiency in recruitment platforms (preferred) Skills: • Honesty • Responsibility • Teamwork capability • Organization • Clear, assertive, and constructive communication • Proactiveness Main Responsibilities: • Post job openings on various digital platforms (OCC, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) • Manage partnerships with universities and educational institutions to offer internship and social service opportunities. • Conduct the full selection process, including CV screening, telephone and in-person interviews, and candidate follow-up. • Carry out the hiring process, collecting required documentation. • Assemble and archive personnel files for newly hired employees. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth integration of new employees. • Process attendance incidents based on time clock reports and department supervisors’ reports, obtaining employees’ signatures. • Evaluate and update personnel selection policies and procedures. • Monitor periodic employee performance evaluations to ensure timely completion. • Conduct regular visits to club departments to establish direct communication with employees and address concerns. • Manage tools and/or uniforms for staff. WORK SCHEDULE: 9 AM TO 6 PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, AND ROTATING SATURDAYS FROM 9 AM TO 2 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
