




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician for the Compounding Center with experience in ensuring integrity and sterility through rigorous execution of sanitation and cleaning procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the integrity and sterility of the compounding center. 2. Rigorous execution of sanitation and cleaning procedures. 3. Compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards. For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: Quality Technician for Compounding Center Job Objective: Ensure the integrity and sterility of the compounding center through rigorous execution of sanitation, cleaning, and operational support procedures, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards in the preparation of compounded preparations. Requirements: Education: Completed degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB), Pharmaceutical and Industrial Chemistry (QFI), Pharmacy (Lic. en Farmacia), or Pharmaceutical Engineering (Ing. en Farmacia) (Proof of studies is mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 6 months in Quality areas (Laboratories or Compounding Centers). Experience in simulated compounding centers or handling of critical areas will be considered favorably. Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Aseptic Techniques and Microbiology. Pharmaceutical Regulations: NOM-059 and NOM-220. Knowledge of NOM-240 is desirable. Proficiency in Simulated Filling. Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Responsibilities: Critical Area Assurance: Perform sanitation, cleaning, and organization of the compounding center and preparation areas, reporting any anomalies related to equipment or furniture. Regulatory Compliance: Execute and record all activities in logbooks according to BPPME (Good Practices for Manufacturing of Medicinal Products) and BPD (Good Documentation Practices) guidelines. Operational Support: Assist the Quality Pharmacist in managing supplies (counting, arranging under PEPS system, and warehouse replenishment). Process Control: Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and access techniques to controlled areas. Packaging: Assist in packaging, labeling, and transferring released compounded preparations to the distribution area. Safety and Continuous Improvement: Report safety, health, or environmental incidents and actively participate in IMS training sessions and events.
