PROFILE: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Sciences, Hydraulics, Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, or related fields. 2 years of experience Ability to execute work plans, provide advisory services, and deliver training Communication skills with work teams. Passion for fieldwork and leadership with allied groups.
