At least 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing company Knowledge of machinery, fabrics, cleaning products, stain removal, and application techniques for different fabrics. Proficiency in Excel Experience managing unionized personnel.   Main Responsibilities: · Shift work administration. Data analysis Responsible for planning, organizing, and distributing the production process. Inventory knowledge. Ensuring garment quality. Supervising and ensuring compliance regarding quantity, assortment, contaminated items, and returns. Compliance with improvement systems (Quality, Environmental, Safety within their area of responsibility). Developing subordinates and enhancing their productivity. Handling personnel incidents under their supervision. Managing production KPIs.   Work Location: Col. Anahúac II Secc.
