For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: Clinical Pharmacist Position Objective: To share responsibility for beneficiaries’ pharmacotherapy, strengthen preventive, rehabilitative, and clinical-surgical actions for patient benefit, and promote the rational use of medications to deliver high-quality service. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology (QFB), or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry (QFI). (Degree certificate and professional license are mandatory). Experience: * 1–3 years in hospital pharmacy, central admixtures, or pharmaceutical industry. • Experience in document control, pharmaceutical processes, and preparation of sterile admixtures (parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, antibiotics). • Training in Good Preparation Practices (GPP) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Knowledge: • Properties, use, and handling of medications. • Proficiency in applicable sanitary regulations and Mexican Standards in the field. • Pharmacovigilance and Technovigilance. • Technical English. Responsibilities: • Prescription Management and Validation: Perform medical reconciliation, validate clinical prescriptions, promote prevention of medication errors (during prescribing and nursing documentation), and encourage prescribing by generic names. • Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up (PFT): Supervise preparation, supply, and correct administration of medications. Document pharmaceutical interventions (PIs) to adjust treatments (dosage, intervals) and prevent adverse events. • Comprehensive Pharmacovigilance: Ensure coverage and promotion of pharmacovigilance (PV) activities within the hospital. Conduct causality analysis of adverse drug reactions (ADRs), advise medical/nursing staff on their management, issue reports, and notify relevant health authorities. • Clinical Communication and Consultation: Maintain constant, interdisciplinary communication by participating in physician rounds with doctors, nurses, and patients. Facilitate and promote access to specialized drug information resources. • Hospital Optimization and Control: Support reduction of hospital costs by minimizing inventory levels across departments, strictly adhere to biosafety measures, and develop clinical competencies of assigned pharmaceutical staff.
