Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure the timely supply of materials, spare parts, and supplies, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and cost requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement, purchasing, and inventory control 2. Supplier negotiation and follow-up 3. Coordination between administrative and operational departments PROCUREMENT AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR Location: León, Guanajuato Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Benefits: • Grocery vouchers • Savings fund Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management. • Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. • Negotiation and organizational skills. Job Objective: Ensure the timely supply of materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies required for company operations, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and cost requirements. Main Responsibilities: • Request and track quotations. • Prepare and manage purchase orders. • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. • Track deliveries and material supply. • Coordinate inventory control and safeguarding. • Prepare procurement and material consumption reports. • Maintain an updated supplier database. • Coordinate communication between administrative and operational departments. • Support administrative activities related to procurement and warehouse.
