Interaction with customers and operators A prominent logistics company is currently seeking your talent as: *CONTROL DESK* Requirements Associate degree or completed bachelor's degree in logistics or related field Intermediate Office skills 2 years of experience in logistics area control desk operations Proficiency in SAP and WMS Responsibilities Updating logs (returns, rejections, orders, pending items, etc.) Generating shipping documents for incoming and outgoing goods. Reporting inventory discrepancies versus orders. Preparing and sending reports. Generating incident reports identified during receiving and shipping.
