A prominent customs agency is seeking, due to growth: **Operations Executive.** *REQUIREMENTS:* \-Age 25 to 50 years \-Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field \-Minimum 1 year of experience in a customs agency *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Track shipments according to client requirements. * Request necessary information from clients and review it prior to use. * Prepare Sworn Statements (Article 31.7). * Prepare preliminary customs entry forms (pedimentos). * Enter preliminary customs entry data into systems. * Register and update supplier information. * Request payment for deconsolidation services. * Coordinate with the Treasury Department for required payments and deposit confirmations. * Generate line-item reports. * Coordinate shipment control. * Digitize shipping guide documents. * Coordinate with the Customs Valuation Department for preliminary customs entry review. * Provide customer service. * Issue freight and deconsolidator recovery invoices. *WE OFFER:* Competitive salary Statutory benefits Meal vouchers Additional benefits If you are interested in this position and meet the stated requirements, please apply through this channel.
