Serve as liaison with government entities A leading private security company is seeking a Lawyer for our Government Procedures Coordinator position to assist in managing, following up on, and ensuring compliance with the company’s legal and administrative obligations before various federal and local government agencies. Main Responsibilities: - Carry out and follow up on procedures before government agencies. - Support and manage permits, licenses, registrations, and certifications required for company operations. - Ensure the company complies with legal and administrative requirements before authorities. - Support government audits and reviews by providing required documentation, and represent the company during official visits or inspections when necessary. - Serve as liaison between the company and government entities. - Follow up on notifications, requests, or fines issued by relevant authorities. - Organize and safeguard official documents such as contracts, permits, and registrations; maintain an updated control system; and support updating regulatory compliance databases. - Digitize and archive documents for easy access and consultation. Requirements: - Highly administrative and organized - Completed or incomplete higher education degree in Administration, Law, or related fields. - Experience in Administrative Law / Corporate Law. - Proficiency in computer use, Excel, Word, and email. - Willingness to travel outside the state of Jalisco. - Ethical conduct and confidentiality, given handling of confidential information. We Offer: - Working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Statutory benefits. - 100% on-site work at offices located in Col. Americana, Guadalajara. - Monthly salary of $13,000 (base salary plus KPI bonus). - Three-month contract with potential extension to indefinite term.
