Responsibilities: Perform minor maintenance on real estate assets by implementing established programs, and supervise the execution of major maintenance activities carried out by external vendors, in order to guarantee a suitable and safe environment for the operation of branches and offices · Requirements: High school diploma, bachelor's degree, technical career, TSU (Technological Superior University), incomplete bachelor's or engineering degree Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, plumbing, air conditioning, working at heights, personal protective equipment, safety, welding and cutting. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of STPS regulations, risk assessment according to applicable STPS standards, basic construction, lighting, ventilation, basic electricity, and use of measuring instruments.
