The role is dynamic and combines office and field activities. Main Responsibilities Filling operational vacancies through mass recruitment Screening and interviewing candidates Tracking hiring processes Field recruitment (posting, leafleting, job fairs, etc.) Personnel support (transfers and incidents) Coordination with operational departments Requirements Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field) Experience in mass recruitment Willingness to travel and relocate Availability to work in Tultitlán and Lomas Verdes Required Experience 3–5 years in operational recruitment Interviewing and personnel selection Field work Proficiency in Excel and Canva Competencies Organization and tracking of vacancies Effective communication Sense of urgency Goal-oriented work Work Location Tultitlán and Naucalpan. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree Years of experience Age: 21 years or older Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
