Responsibilities: Implement and monitor social programs, leadership and staff training, and member education, supporting the achievement of branch performance indicators as well as community well-being. · Requirements: TSU, incomplete bachelor's degree, or completed bachelor's degree Field of specialization Economic and Administrative Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Development. Knowledge of cooperative education methodologies, social responsibility and social balance frameworks; skills in event organization and project management; effective communication ability; teamwork capability; and service orientation. Experience in training, group facilitation, and application of institutional educational systems is preferred.
