Work Location: Tijuana Airport Essential Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree with teaching experience in: Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, Sociology of Education, Social Work, Teacher Training, Engineering, Exact Sciences, Mathematics, Technology and Informatics, Experimental Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or related fields), duly certified. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online teaching platforms, e-learning design software or similar. Preference given to candidates with experience delivering courses or teaching for at least one year. Database and KPI management skills. Experience handling audits. Basic English Skills: Service-oriented mindset. Planning and organization. Adherence to standards. Job Responsibilities: Develop the work plan and subject-specific study plan for the Airports High School program, as well as any activities or responsibilities assigned by the High School Director, always respecting deadlines. Provide educational advisory services to learners according to their required educational level. Design teaching materials to support advisory sessions. Encourage learner enrollment and retention. Maintain attendance records and learner registration in academic administration. Monitor and track academic progress precisely (including learner withdrawals and enrollments). Submit records, lesson plans, diagnostics, and evaluations on time and in the correct format. Maintain constant and effective communication with relevant departments. Manage administrative procedures and exam requests as applicable. Design formats to optimize educational processes. Support the creation of courses on the educational platform. Organize courses and workshops covering the four pillars of the CCF, including promotion and dissemination of these activities. Actively support maintaining the link between the Foundation and the Airport. Maintain physical and digital files of learners and courses offered at the CCF for audit purposes.
