




Position Summary: Support daily meat production (beef, calf, lamb, chicken, and turkey), handle kosher meat, and ensure hygiene and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support daily production of BEEF, CALF, LAMB, CHICKEN, AND TURKEY 2. Handle kosher meat and ensure compliance with kashrut and hygiene standards 3. Customer service and display case management while learning a trade **Minimum Education Required:** Completed Junior High School **Requirements:** Ability to read and write, residence near the area, good communication skills, NO prior experience required, service-oriented attitude, willingness to learn a trade, tolerance to humidity and cold. **Brief Description of Duties:** Support daily production of BEEF, CALF, LAMB, CHICKEN, AND TURKEY; assist in preparation and handling of kosher meat, ensuring strict compliance with kashrut laws, food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as proper customer service and display case management.
