Development of personal and professional skills Job Objective Ensure store profitability and contribution through execution of the customer plan, portfolio management, placements, jewelry sales, and branch inventory control. Main Responsibilities Ensure accurate valuation of pledged items. Manage customer acquisition and retention to generate placements and positively impact growth of a healthy portfolio. Manage point-of-sale operations (customer service). Requirements Knowledge of: gold valuation (if you do not have this expertise, we will train you) Experience: customer service, sales, pawnbroking, retail. Skills: results orientation, collaboration, teamwork, conflict management, responsibility. Value Proposition Base salary of $2400.00 per week Weekly commissions (approx. $1500.00) Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing with tenure.
