Ongoing training **Human Resources Intern** **Schedule:** Part-time (morning or afternoon shift) **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Objective** Provide support to the Human Resources department in recruitment processes, personnel administration, and administrative activities, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. Main Responsibilities * Posting job vacancies on various job boards. * Screening resumes and contacting candidates. * Scheduling and coordinating interviews. * Supporting the administration and basic interpretation of psychometric tests. * Maintaining and updating personnel files. * Assisting with onboarding activities. * Preparing administrative reports. * Supporting general departmental activities. Requirements * Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * Interest in developing a career in Human Capital. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized and proactive attitude. *(Preferred: prior experience in recruitment or customer service.)* We Offer * Weekly financial stipend * Academic internship or social service credit fulfillment (if applicable) * Ongoing training.
