Job Summary: Supervises construction execution, coordinates activities, verifies quality and manages progress, providing technical support to the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and resolution of queries Main Responsibilities: * Supervise construction execution ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Coordinate on-site activities with contractors, suppliers, and supervisors. * Verify the quality of materials and construction processes. * Manage progress, reports, and construction logs. * Resolve technical queries and provide support to the operational team. * Control cost estimates, physical progress, and project technical documentation. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Prior experience as a Construction Resident, Supervisor, or Site Manager. * Knowledge of applicable regulations, drawing interpretation, and construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, and Excel. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $20,001\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
