Creative and strategic freedom in a dynamic environment. **Job Description** Royal Beauty Med Spa, a growing company with 4 branches and an expanding franchise model, seeks a Marketing Manager with strategic vision, proven leadership, and hands-on experience managing full marketing teams and systems. This role is for someone who can take full ownership of the marketing function, build structure, lead the current team, elevate the brand, and ensure every branch has consistent, measurable, and scalable marketing. We seek someone who thinks in systems—not tasks. Someone who can translate vision into execution. Someone who can lead—not just operate. **Key Responsibilities** Leadership and Strategy * Design and execute the marketing strategy for 4 branches and franchises. * Develop macro-campaigns, launches, and promotions. * Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual experience. * Define KPIs, goals, and success metrics per branch and per channel. * Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds by campaign. Team Leadership and Management * Lead the current team: **Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Ops)** * Performance & AI Specialist * Content Creator * Local Community Managers * Assign tasks, supervise deliverables, and ensure timely completion. * Create processes, SOPs, and replicable systems for future franchises. * Evaluate performance and develop internal talent. Operations and Execution * Oversee the content and campaign calendar. * Ensure each branch maintains active, aligned digital presence. * Review and approve content, campaigns, creatives, and materials. * Coordinate external vendors (agencies, photographers, designers). * Ensure marketing alignment with sales and operations. Starting salary: $30,000 MXN per month Employment type: Full-time Salary growth: Up to $45,000 MXN within 6 months based on performance and achievement of role-specific KPIs. Important note: Royal Beauty is expanding, and this position has a structured growth plan. The starting salary is $30,000 MXN and may increase to $45,000 MXN within the first 6 months, depending on goal attainment, team leadership, and departmental results.
