Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation Engineer to review designs, program systems, generate forms and manuals, and train clients on construction technology projects. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in programming building automation systems (BMS) and lighting systems. 2. Development of manuals and project documentation. 3. Direct interaction with clients and graphic designers. **About the Company** A company with over 30 years of national experience in technology, focused on the Construction sector. Position Location: Automatization Engineer Metropolitan Area of Monterrey (preference for housing near the Aeropuerto del Norte). **Desirable Demonstrable Knowledge:** The candidate must have proven experience of at least two years with Niagara automation software (monitoring and control), demonstrating capability with BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, Modbus, and other networked devices. Additionally, the candidate must possess knowledge in: * HVAC (Climate control equipment). * Electrical engineering. * Niagara. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. **Job Responsibilities:** * Review of design and functionality of assigned projects. * Programming of building automation systems (BMS) and lighting systems. * Generation of test forms and connection diagrams. * Validation of mapping tables provided by third parties. * Communication with Graphic Designer. * Training for end clients and internal staff. * Development of operation manuals and project documentation. * Attendance at client meetings, ensuring accurate communication and transmission of requirements to ensure correct project execution. **Fixed-Term Position \- Project Completion** Workplace: On-site employment
