Job Summary: Support the preparation and modification of drawings, 3D model development, material quantification and budgeting, and technical document organization. Assistance in material quantification and budgeting Preparation and modification of AutoCAD drawings 3D model development and rendering Assistance in material quantification Assistance in budget preparation Technical document organization and control General office administrative tasks TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: AutoCAD proficiency (minimum 70%) 3D modeling (SketchUp; Revit preferred) Rendering software (Lumion and/or V-Ray, minimum 70%) Cost estimation software (60%): Opus, Neodata or similar Material quantification Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word) Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
