Overall management, including inventory control and KPIs Store Manager Overview: We are seeking a Store Manager to join the ADIDAS STORE team, a company dedicated to selling sports products. This position is critical to ensuring efficient branch operations, staff management, inventory control, and achievement of overall store targets. The selected candidate will directly contribute to the store’s growth and stability, ensuring quality in daily operations and customer satisfaction. Job Offer: Base salary of $12,000.00 per month plus commissions for achieving overall store targets. Statutory benefits and profit-sharing (PTU). Employee discount on store products. Experience: Extensive managerial experience preferred, including personnel management, training, inventory control, KPIs, TC, APT, and knowledge of Friedman. Documentation: Official identification, tax status certificate, and updated RFC are mandatory for hiring. Availability: Full-time availability according to the established schedule. Responsibilities: Branch opening and closing, ensuring proper daily operations. Management of deposits and tracking of the store’s financial transactions. Staff training and supervision, promoting goal attainment and adherence to company standards. Overall store management, including inventory control, KPI monitoring, and target achievement.
