Demanding environment focused on modernization and security ### **Job Description and Responsibilities** As part of its information system transformation, an institutional entity based in Monaco is seeking an **IT Technical-Functional Project Manager** to lead and support strategic projects related to infrastructure and digital environments. You will operate in a structured and demanding environment, with major challenges in **modernization, security, and service continuity** . ***Your responsibilities:*** IT Project Leadership * Lead projects related to infrastructure and information systems * Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables * Coordinate various stakeholders (technical teams, business units, vendors) Technical-Functional Interface * Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users * Gather and analyze requirements * Translate functional needs into technical solutions Technical Monitoring & IT Environment Oversight * Monitor infrastructure evolution ( **hybrid environments, Microsoft 365, virtualization** ) * Participate in defining architectures and solutions * Support teams in project implementation Security & Compliance * Integrate security considerations into projects * Participate in compliance and risk management initiatives * Contribute to implementing IT best practices Governance & Continuous Improvement * Produce reports and monitor KPIs * Participate in improving processes and methodologies Contribute to structuring IT projects * ### **Required Profile** ***Ideal candidate profile:*** ✔ Experience * Minimum **5 years of experience** in IT project management * Experience in **infrastructure / systems / IT environment** ✔ Technical Skills * Solid understanding of environments: + **Microsoft (Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID)** + **System infrastructures and virtualization (VMware)** * Awareness of **IT security challenges** * Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams ✔ Functional Skills * Project management (V-model, Agile) * Coordination across multiple stakeholders * Deliverable authoring (requirements specifications, technical documentation, reporting) ✔ Desired Qualities * Excellent interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities * Rigor and organizational skills * Ability to take a step back * Comfort operating in a demanding environment **Conditions** * Location: Monaco * Primarily on-site (limited telework) * Long-term assignment * Structured professional environment **Why join this project?** * High-impact strategic projects * Stimulating institutional environment * Diverse stakeholders (technical and business) * Structured and demanding framework
