Wash and disinfect the kitchen and storage area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, properly store perishable items, and manage inventory. Ensure clean glasses and tableware are stored in appropriate areas. Use detergent, rinse aid, and disinfectant chemicals in the three-compartment sink to wash tableware. Inspect, remove, and stack cleaned items; send soiled items for scrubbing and washing. Place items on racks and rinse all rack-mounted items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue. Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash flatware. Empty soiled dish tubs. Empty and maintain trash bins and the area around the dumpster. Mop-clean all assigned areas. Place glasses into appropriate containers. Break down cardboard boxes and place them, along with other recyclable materials, into the recycling bin. Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to management; and successfully complete safety training and certifications. Protect company assets. Communicate with others using clear, appropriate, and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to achieve common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Reach objects above head level and below knee level, including bending, twisting the body, pulling, and squatting. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education Level: No high school diploma or equivalent secondary-level education Related Work Experience: No related work experience required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
