Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator for warehouse operations, including handling, loading, unloading, and stacking of goods, ensuring order and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: * Completed secondary education * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in this position * Valid forklift operator license or DC\-3 training certification (preferred) * Flexible availability * Warehouse experience * Loading and unloading of goods * Handling and care of goods * Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Responsibilities: * Proper stacking of goods according to warehouse layout * Performing forklift checklists * Preparing reports for supervisors * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the forklift unit * Clearing unloading areas * Assisting with inventory counts We Offer: * Weekly salary of $2,500, tax-free \+ additional tax-free bonus (variable based on performance indicators: $100 to $625 weekly) * Two-shift work schedule * Biweekly shift roster * Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sunday off * Night shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday off **Statutory benefits; direct employment by the company.** Work location: Los Reyes Iztacala, Tlalnepantla.
