At Bellavista Golf Club, we seek an organized, analytical individual with excellent administrative follow-up skills who can contribute to the operational control and planning of the Food and Beverage department. Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Tourism, or related field. - Experience in administrative control, inventory, or warehouse operations. - Experience tracking purchase requisitions, procurement, and operational control. - Proficiency in SAP and Excel. - Organized, analytical, and proactive individual. - Ability to prioritize requests and optimize processes. - Strong follow-up sense and attention to detail. Responsibilities - Generate and track purchase requests for F&B and events. - Validate purchase requisitions, verify warehouse stock levels, and track movements and records in SAP. - Monitor production, transfers, and variances (shrinkage). - Participate in inventories and administrative controls. - Consolidate F&B purchase requests to optimize procurement and delivery timelines. - Maintain up-to-date and well-organized operational information for the department.
