Requirements Age: 18 to 46 years old Minimum education level: Elementary school **Availability to rotate shifts** Customer service orientation Experience NOT required (ideal for first job) Responsibilities Merchandise arrangement and restocking Product rotation Customer service and support Work area cleaning and organization Assistance with common area cleaning (weekly rotation) We Offer Base weekly salary: $2,205 Guaranteed weekly payment Sunday premium: $78.76 Weekly performance-based productivity bonus: 8% → $176.40 13% → $286.65 18% → $396.90 Achievable gross weekly income: Up to $2,600 **Approximate take-home weekly income: $2,000 to $2,300** One absence results in forfeiture of the weekly bonus.
