Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Driver to join our Procurement team, responsible for purchasing products, managing deliveries, and controlling expenses for the Club. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes responsibility and service within a club environment Join Bellavista Golf & Country Club! We are currently seeking a Procurement Driver to join our Procurement team. If you have experience in operational procurement, supplier management, and knowledge of the metropolitan area, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: - Purchase requested products, food items, and supplies. - Deliver goods to the Club’s warehouses. - Verify expenses using invoices, receipts, and vouchers. - Address internal requests. - Process returns when applicable. - Maintain an activity log. - Inspect vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition. Requirements: - Valid driver’s license. - Experience in procurement, courier services, delivery, or similar activities. - Knowledge of the metropolitan area. - Basic understanding of invoices, receipts, and expense verification. - Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented. - Focus on quality, timeliness, and results.
