Opportunities for professional development and growth ### **Vacancy: Teller** At our Cooperative, partner trust is built every day—especially at the first point of contact: **the counter**. Therefore, we are opening this **internal vacancy**, targeted at team members interested in developing into a **Teller**, a key position ensuring cash security, service quality, and proper branch operations. ### **Why is this position so important?** The Teller is a fundamental figure in daily operations. Resource availability, secure transaction execution, and each Partner’s experience—agile, reliable, and professional—depend on the Teller’s organization, control, and attention. This role safeguards not only the Cooperative’s funds but also the trust of those who believe in us. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Request and track replenishment of the Main Teller Fund, maintaining timely communication with Treasury. * Open the teller area, allocate and consolidate funds to tellers and ATMs, monitoring cash flows and established limits. * Participate in debit card PIN reset and change processes, ensuring compliance with institutional protocols. * Supervise security best practices, identifying and reporting any risk situations to the Branch Manager. * Address teller inquiries, clarifications, and requests, as well as channel incidents in the Core Banking System. * Guarantee high-quality counter service: service times, orderliness, appearance, cash flow management, and support for cross-selling. * Conduct ATM cash counts and daily operational closings. * Issue and submit closing reports, audit tapes, and reconciliations to relevant departments. * Control, safeguard, and archive supporting documentation for daily operations and transfers. * Administer checks assigned by the Branch Manager. * Prepare the monthly report on cash shipments and receipts with cash-in-transit companies. ### **Profile We Seek** * Excellent customer service attitude * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree * Computer literacy * Cash handling and cash drawer reconciliation experience * Residency in Huatusco or surrounding areas ### **We Offer:** * **Biweekly salary: $4,750** * **Monthly food vouchers** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance** * **Quarterly bonuses** * **Financial leave** * **Loans and payroll advances** * **Birthday day off** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday–Friday:** 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** ### **Share your CV with us through this channel**
