Ensure efficient and high-quality service **Floor Supervisor** -------------------- We are looking for a candidate with experience leading branch operations in the automotive or vehicle rental industry, ensuring proper coordination of fleet, operational staff, and on-time, in-full vehicle deliveries. **Requirements:** * Incomplete bachelor's degree, technical degree, or related field * 2–3 years of experience supervising operations and operational staff * General mechanics knowledge * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency * Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard/automatic vehicles **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily branch operations and vehicle availability. * Coordinate operational staff for proper vehicle transportation, security, and preparation. * Verify that vehicles are in optimal mechanical, aesthetic, and safety condition prior to delivery. * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines as per reservations. * Maintain control and reporting of available fleet and operational incidents. * Supervise mechanical inspection, cleaning, and vehicle conditioning processes. * Guarantee efficient and high-quality service for internal and external customers. **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla **"We invite you to join a company free from violence and discrimination; pregnancy or HIV tests are not required for hiring, retention, or promotion."
