Excellent work environment **Heineken Mexico invites you to join the team of one of the world's leading brewing companies** **TALENT ATTRACTION (Part-Time)** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields). * Valid standard vehicle driver's license (Mandatory). * Flexible availability of working hours. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment and personnel selection, or in Human Resources. **Job Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Talent recruitment, selection, and retention. 2\.\- Field recruitment activities: Flyer distribution, posting, door-to-door canvassing. 3\.\- Candidate screening process for selection: SIES, interviews, etc. 3\.\- Hiring process: document collection, onboarding, etc. 4\.\- Retention activities: reducing turnover, tracking KPIs, among others. **Additional Requirements:** * Communication skills. * Service-oriented attitude. * Agenda management (good time management). * Proactivity. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for growth.
