Educational Advisor / Sales Executive We are seeking a proactive and motivated Educational Advisor responsible for promoting and marketing our English educational programs. This role is crucial in connecting prospective students with the opportunity to transform their future through education. Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Follow-up: Make calls and conduct follow-ups on the company-generated lead database for course and program sales. Educational Counseling: Identify prospects’ needs and present the company’s most suitable study plan. Sales Closing: Negotiate and finalize program sales, meeting or exceeding established monthly targets. Reporting: Keep the CRM system updated with prospect status and submit daily reports to management. Customer Service: Ensure a high-quality experience by maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment to the customer. Profile Requirements Communication Skills: Excellent verbal fluency, impeccable diction, and persuasive ability. Results Orientation: Strong focus on achieving goals, even under pressure.
