Work location: San Pedro de los Metates, Acambay, State of Mexico. ***Hiring company: Placosa | Construction, Sale, and Rental of Machinery*** **Required Profile:** * 30 years of age or older. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in: Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel; job profiling and hiring processes; organizational and departmental structuring strategies; personnel follow-up and internal process control. **Competencies and Skills:** * Proactive and dynamic individual. * Ability to work autonomously and with a results-oriented mindset. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to propose improvement strategies. * Strong communication skills and fluency in speech. * Excellent professional appearance. * Organizational skills and ability to track activities. **We Offer:** * Competitive net weekly salary ($4,500\.00 \- $5,500\.00\). * Benefits in accordance with the company’s internal policies: Social Security, Vacation, Year-end Bonus (Aguinaldo). * Opportunity for career growth and salary increases based on experience, performance, and professional development within the role.
