Focus on profiles from the food industry We seek your talent as a Recruitment and Selection Assistant for a TAQUERÍAS group in METEPEC. WE ACCEPT CANDIDATES WITH LIMITED EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: \*90% RECRUITMENT\* Posting job openings across various recruitment channels. Field recruitment (flyer distribution, posting, job fairs, job boards) Recruitment 2\.0, 3\.0 Conducting initial, competency-based, and technical interviews. Administering, interpreting, and preparing reports for psychometric tests. Requesting and tracking socioeconomic studies. Presenting salary proposals and delivering document checklists. Compiling 100% complete personnel files. Weekly and monthly reporting on hires and turnover. Experience with profiles from the food industry and operational staff.
