Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to implement climate and culture strategies, manage performance evaluations, and coordinate onboarding processes. Coordinate events and internal communication ***Global leader in Coding and Marking Equipment Solutions for Product Identification and Traceability across the Global Industry.*** Urgently seeking to hire an: **Organizational Development Specialist** **\*Main Responsibilities:\*** \-Implementation of organizational climate and culture strategies \-Management of performance and potential evaluations \-Follow-up on development and training plans \-Coordination of onboarding processes and support from corporate \-Administration of climate indicators (internal NPS) and action plans \-Supervision of safety and hygiene matters \-Coordination of events and internal communication \-Operation of evaluation tools **\*Profile Requirements:\*** *Experience:* \-Advanced English (conversational level), as interaction with UK and USA teams is required \-Minimum 3 years in Human Resources, with focus on OD (not generalist HR) \-Experience in the industrial sector (highly desirable) \-Experience in organizational development, culture, and climate initiatives \-Experience interacting with operational staff \-Minimum 2 years working with labor unions (highly desirable) \-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field **\*We Offer:\*** \-Salary: $30,000 MXN gross per month \-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM \-Work location: La Loma, Tlalnepantla \-Benefits exceeding statutory requirements \-Savings fund \-Food vouchers \-SGMM \+ Life insurance \-Performance bonus Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
