Job Summary: Responsible for supervising laboratory activities, supporting academic teams with supplies and equipment, and promoting student and facility safety. Key Highlights: 1. Supervisory role in the laboratory About the Role Laboratory Coordinator Responsible for performing and/or supervising laboratory area control activities, assisting academic teams with reviewing required supplies, materials, and equipment for classes, as well as promoting the protection of student safety and facility integrity. Your Key Challenges Experience: One year performing the following activities: • Managing global reporting systems. • Preparing inventories of equipment, machinery, and chemical substances. • Reviewing and tracking scheduled laboratory practices. • Ensuring compliance with and proper use of laboratory regulations. • Maintaining daily logs for maintenance and routine activities. • Using ICT tools. • Preparing chemical mixtures. • Applying applicable NOM standards. • Managing and administering laboratory materials such as microscopes, balances, ovens, etc. Our Ideal Candidate Essential Requirements: • Education: Near-completion of a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and Pharmacy (QFB), or related field. • Technical competencies: platforms, tools, or methodologies. Desirable: • Bachelor’s degree • Experience in global or educational environments. • Key competencies: strategic thinking, innovation, collaborative leadership, service orientation, analytical mindset.
