Your mission as a Junior Commercial Advisor: You will serve as our ambassador responsible for scaling Papalote’s magic. Your primary objective will be prospecting, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships for corporate events, school group visits, and business group visits—ensuring more people experience Papalote. What will be your key challenges? **\- Connect with the corporate world:** Identify and attract companies for private events, activations, birthday celebrations, and similar activities held within the museum. **\- Fill the museum with smiles (Group Sales):** Promote and coordinate school group visits, vacation programs, and large groups from diverse organizations. **\- Provide "five-star" follow-up:** Accompany your clients from first contact through quotation, negotiation, and up to the day of their event—ensuring everything runs perfectly. **\- Achieve and celebrate goals:** Meet monthly and annual sales targets established for your business line. **\- Internal collaboration:** Coordinate with the museum’s operations team to ensure flawless logistics for group visits and corporate events. What are we looking for in you? **Education:** Incomplete or completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in corporate (B2B) sales, intangible product sales, event planning, or group service sales (strongly preferred in entertainment, hospitality, or education sectors). **Papalote Skills:** \- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (enthusiasm is contagious!). \- Results-oriented mindset and resilience in the face of setbacks (we love challenges). \- Strong organizational and structural abilities (to manage quotations and deal closures effectively). **Tools:** CRM proficiency (preferred), Microsoft Office suite, and excellent writing skills.
