General Information **Position:** Human Resources Manager **Department:** Human Resources **Reports to:** General Management **Location:** \[City / Plant / Corporate Office] **Business Scope:** Marketing and export of frozen berries Position Objective Plan, lead, and execute the company's Human Resources strategy, ensuring personnel attraction, development, retention, and labor compliance, aligned with the operational and commercial objectives of the frozen berries business. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement recruitment and selection strategies for administrative, operational, and logistics personnel. * Supervise hiring, onboarding, and induction processes. * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, internal regulations, and applicable standards. * Manage labor relations and address personnel conflicts or incidents. * Coordinate training and organizational development programs. * Implement performance evaluations and career development plans. * Supervise payroll, attendance records, vacation management, benefits administration, and personnel files. * Develop retention strategies and organizational climate initiatives. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene policies. * Generate HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity, vacancy coverage, etc.). * Coordinate labor audits and documentation required by clients, certifications, or export requirements. * Lead the Human Resources team and foster a results-oriented organizational culture. Position ProfileEducation * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * Specialization or Master’s degree in Human Capital or Labor Relations is desirable. Experience * Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within Human Resources. * Experience in agro-industrial, food, manufacturing, or cold-chain companies (desirable). * Experience managing operational and administrative personnel. * Experience in mass recruitment and labor relations. Technical Knowledge * Mexican Federal Labor Law and applicable labor regulations. * Payroll and personnel administration. * Human Resources KPIs. * Training and organizational development. * Occupational safety and hygiene. * ERP or HR system proficiency. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
