Service-oriented attitude Knowledge of human resources management and employment planning Adaptability and problem-solving skills Familiarity with communication and information technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **RESPONSIBILITIES** Post job vacancies on social media and other recruitment sources. Conduct candidate interviews. Administer anti-doping tests to new hires and randomly selected employees. Provide employees with official notices, regulations, personnel file documentation, and their payroll cards. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, and terminations. Provide orientation for new employees by sharing induction and training courses. Review personnel files (complete documentation, notices, regulations, and life insurance). And other duties.
