Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented educational advisor to promote and close enrollments, providing personalized follow-up to prospects. Key Highlights: 1. The primary objective is to promote and close enrollments for our educational offerings and programs, delivering personalized follow-up to each prospect. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum verifiable experience as an educational advisor or in educational sales (Bachelor's degrees preferred) * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (certificate required). * **Competencies:** Results orientation, achievement of monthly targets, and excellent communication skills. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prospecting and follow-up of potential customers to ensure sales closure. * Use and management of the **CRM** platform for prospect tracking. * Recovery of customer portfolio. * Personalized customer service. * **Consistent contact with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and telephone calls.** * Consistent **face-to-face contact with prospects on campus.** ### **Work Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * **Estimated total monthly income:** **$12,341** Mexican pesos (gross amount). ### **Benefits and Compensation** * **Commissions:** Commission structure based on target achievement with NO CAP (average additional $3,000 to $6,000). * **Punctuality Bonus:** Additional 10%. * **Attendance Bonus:** Additional 10%. * **Food Vouchers:** $840 per month via electronic card. * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, and vacation premium. * **Work Tools:** Provision of computer equipment and/or telephone equipment.
