**Job Posting – Secondary-Level Educational Psychologist**
The educational institution is seeking an Educational Psychologist for the secondary level, committed to the holistic development of adolescents and the strengthening of the school environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing psychological and emotional guidance to students, as well as collaborating with teachers and parents to promote academic and socioemotional well-being.
Key responsibilities include identifying and monitoring learning, behavioral, and school adaptation issues; implementing psychopedagogical intervention strategies; and supporting students in situations involving conflict, anxiety, self-esteem, or school coexistence.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related fields; a minimum of one year of experience working with adolescents in school settings; strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork ability, and group management expertise. Knowledge of socioemotional intervention, inclusive education, and school support protocols is highly desirable.
