Position Objective
Support management by handling administrative tasks and area-specific processes to contribute to the organization's strategy under general supervision, with autonomy and confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities
Support management and team members in administrative functions to ensure optimal departmental performance, including: agenda tracking, call management, meeting logistics, conference planning, minutes follow-up for meetings or projects, travel reservation and logistics, travel expense control and management, correspondence management.
* Preparation and follow-up of purchase orders, etc.
* Preparation, entry, and strict follow-up of the budget.
* Entry and follow-up of supplier invoice payments.
* Ensure and verify that staff have the necessary work tools for optimal performance (vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and petty cash processing).
* Control and organization of the department’s confidential information.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an executive assistant, with exposure to budgeting, administration, procurement, and finance.
\* Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) \* Strong writing and spelling skills.
* Skills: Discreet, organized, collaborative, sense of urgency, service-oriented attitude, analytical ability, confidentiality, initiative, and dynamism.
