Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to plan, organize, and control warehouse operations, ensuring effective inventory management and compliance with standards. Supervises receipt, registration, labeling, and storage of goods. **Warehouse Supervisor** At ZION NDT, we seek a professional responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely supply, and compliance with quality standards. **Job Objective** To ensure efficient control of incoming and outgoing goods, maintain inventory reliability, operational order, and compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities** * Plan and control incoming goods, outgoing goods, and inventory levels (maximum, minimum, and ABC rotation). * Supervise receipt, registration, labeling, and storage of goods. * Conduct cyclic and annual inventories, as well as follow-up on incidents. * Coordinate product picking, packaging, and shipping to customers and branches. * Manage transfers, equipment loans, and shipping logistics. * Control and update data in ERP systems, and report incidents to the accounting department. * Follow up on warranties, non-conforming products, and internal/external audits. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management. * Knowledge of inventory control methods (ABC, FIFO, maximum/minimum levels). * Experience in logistics, shipping, and courier handling. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational, operational leadership, and detail-oriented skills. * Ability to drive a standard automobile (urban and highway). **Working Conditions** * Work Mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00 hrs * Travel: Occasional, as required by operations **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $15,000\.00 to $18,000\.00 gross * Statutory and additional benefits * Work tools * Corporate uniform If you meet the profile, apply now and join ZION NDT.
