Job Objective: Monitor customers experiencing issues with contracted products and services, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the experience of acquired products and/or services through cross-selling and targeted offers to retain them, while maintaining a lasting relationship aligned with their expectations and needs. Each day brings new and interesting challenges in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Managing customer clarifications, complaints, or claims related to collections, promissory note requests, and merchant acquiring business, analyzing each case to deliver an appropriate solution * Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up calls to provide necessary assistance and technical support for the best possible experience with purchased products and services * Coordinating with customers regarding version updates, release of enhancements, equipment renewals, and impacts on fees, commissions, and applicable regulations * By brands (VISA, MASTERCARD, and others) * Handling and routing product and channel incidents * Making outbound calls to customers to offer cross-sell products aligned with their business type and needs * Calling customers to activate contracted POS terminals (TPVs), BEPs, and BEMs Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Public Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. * One year of banking experience (preferred). * Customer service experience.
