This position targets individuals with technical backgrounds who wish to specialize in automation systems, providing user support, participating in equipment configuration, and learning about innovative technology ecosystems. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency * Basic programming knowledge * Fundamental understanding of networking and cabling * Interest in home automation and smart ecosystems * Familiarity with Apple operating systems and devices **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users for home automation systems * Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues (remote and on-site) * Participate in system configuration, updates, and maintenance * Track support tickets and document incidents * Train users on basic system operation * Familiarity with smart ecosystems **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (100% on-site) Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
