Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring financial control and monitoring of projects and operational initiatives, guaranteeing visibility and traceability over expenses and budget execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure financial control and monitoring of projects. 2. Generate financial control reports and deviation alerts. 3. Maintain detailed financial control in complex environments. JOB DESCRIPTION Languages * English: Intermediate (documentation reading and operational follow-up). Job Objective * Ensure financial control and monitoring of projects and operational initiatives, guaranteeing visibility and traceability over expenses, forecast, and budget execution. * Monitor operational expenses and CAPEX associated with strategic projects and operations. * Control and validate invoicing, accruals, and budget tracking. * Support the financial consolidation and monitoring of complex transformation initiatives. • Coordinate financial monitoring with PMO, finance, suppliers, and operational areas. • Generate financial control reports and budget deviation alerts for senior executives. Key Challenges of the Role • Maintain detailed financial control in environments with multiple fronts and suppliers. • Ensure consistency among budget, forecast, and actual spend. * Provide timely visibility into financial deviations and risks. * Coordinate financial information between operational and finance teams. * Adapt to projects with high dynamism and constant changes. REQUIREMENTS Required Technical Knowledge * Advanced budgetary control and financial monitoring. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in invoicing and accruals monitoring in complex environments. * SAP and similar financial tools knowledge is desirable. * Understanding of CAPEX/OPEX control. * Financial PMO or project control experience is desirable. Skills / Competencies * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong accountability and thorough follow-up. * Cross-functional coordination ability. * Clear communication with operational and finance areas. * Control- and compliance-oriented mindset. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in financial controlling, financial PMO, budgetary control, or operational project monitoring is desirable. * Corporate, banking, retail, or organizations with high operational and financial complexity are valued. Required Experience * \+7 years of experience in financial controlling, budget monitoring, or operational\-financial control. * Experience in transformation projects, technology, or complex corporate initiatives is desirable. The 4 Non-Negotiable Requirements: 1\. Experience in financial control and monitoring of projects. 2\. Advanced Excel and budgetary control skills. 3\. Experience in expense and invoice validation. 4\. Organized, structured, and detail-oriented profile.
