Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner with experience in the manufacturing industry to manage maintenance programs, corrective and preventive tasks, and ensure tracking of supplies and audits. Management of technical records and compliance with STPS regulations **Position**: Maintenance Planner **Education**: Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience**: One year in the manufacturing industry. **Knowledge**: Office (Intermediate Excel), general maintenance (electrical, mechanical, civil works, automation), procurement management. **Skills**: Communication, planning, organization. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the annual maintenance program. Plan corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. Prioritize maintenance tasks. Schedule work orders. Track procurement of supplies, tools, and materials. Track quotations for projects, materials, and tools. Maintain inventory of materials and spare parts in warehouse. Conduct field inspections to review progress, industrial safety, and good manufacturing practices during repairs. Maintain technical records and documentation for internal and external audits. Address STPS regulatory observations applicable to the maintenance department. Track daily, monthly, and annual maintenance program progress indicators.
